  • 1 medium sized bangus, cleaned and sliced into pieces
  • 15 kangkong, cut 2
  • 3/4 green tamarind
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 stems pepper leaves
  • 1 sitao cut 2
  • 4-1/2 cups rice water
  • salt to taste

InstructionsInstructions  Boil tamarind in 2/3 cup rice-water for 5 minutes. Press the tamarind with a spoon and return it to the boiling water. Add the sliced tomatoes. After add the sitao, then fish, kangkong and pepper leaves. Salt to taste and cook until tender.
