Sinigang na Bangus

bangus, cleaned and sliced into pieces

kangkong, cut 2

green tamarind

rice water
salt to taste

Instructions
Boil tamarind in 2/3 cup rice-water for 5 minutes. Press the tamarind with a spoon and return it to the boiling water. Add the sliced tomatoes. After add the sitao, then fish, kangkong and pepper leaves. Salt to taste and cook until tender.
