  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 or 2 native pepper
  • salt to taste

InstructionsInstructions  Clean the fish well and arrange in a pot. Pour vinegar, salt and 2 tbsps. water. Boil in a moderate heat until water dries.Heat olive oil and bring to a boil. Combine tomato sauce and native pepper and let boil for 5 minutes more. Put the cooked fish. Remove from fire and serve.
