Instructions
Clean the squids. Remove the tentacles to separate the stomach. Cook in vinegar, salt and small amount of water. Boil for a few minutes.Saute garlic in 4 teaspoons oil. Add onion, tomatoes and shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes. Add celery, potatoes and sugar. Add seasoning.Stuff the squid with the cooked mixture. Sew the opening or insert toothpick. Place squids on broiler pan. Brush with oil. Broil slowly until light brown. Serve on a bed of parsley.
