  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 sliced peeled onion
  • 1 minced peeled small garlic
  • 1 6.0z.can tomato sauce
  • Parmesan cheese,grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 lb. chuck beef,ground
  • 1/2 lb. raw thin spaghetti

InstructionsInstructions  Heat olive oil in skillet;saute onion and garlic in it until tender. Cook slightly. Add tomato paste,salt, and pepper. Crumble pork and beef into skillet. Cook,covered,over very low heat,so mixture just simmer,for 25 min. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti. Pur sauce over spaghetti;toss together;sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Makes 3 to 4 generous servings.
