  • 1/2 kilo big shrimps
  • 1 egg,well beaten
  • 2 tbsps. flour
  • Salt adn pepper

InstructionsInstructions  Blanch the shrimps and remove heads and shells,leaving the tails intact. Mix egg,flour and seasoning and dip the shrimps into this mixture. Fry in deep ho fat till shrimps is light brown. Serve sweet sour sauce.
