InstructionsInstructions  Wash calamansi and slice crosswise very thinly.Chop some tomatoes and bombine with calamias in a bowl.Add the shrimps,boiled with salt but unpeeled.Season with vinegar,salt and a little sugar and pepper to taste.Instead of the small river shrimps with large heads,alamang,even hibe ( dried shrimps) may be used.When hibe is used,it should be saked in cold water,washed thoroughly then pounded until soft..Those who are particular,blanch the hibe in boiling water.
