  • 6 female crabls
  • 5 tbsp. lard
  • 5 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 head garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste

InstructionsInstructions  wash the crabs very well. Cut into two. Put in a casserole then add vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer until crabs are half-cooked. Add lard and continue cooking until done.
