  • 1-1/2 lb. beef fillet ( sliced )
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 small cauliflower ( cooked and sliced)
  • 1 large onion,sliced
  • 1/2 cup lard
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 tsps. wine
  • 2 tsps. soy sauce
  • 2 tsps. cornstarch
  • 20 stsp. cold water

InstructionsInstructions  MIs beef well with pepper,cornstarch,salt and one teaspoonful wine. Add egg white and water to make the pieces adhere. Heat the lard in a frying pan and when boiling hot, fry the beef for a minute. Remove and drain,leaving a little lard in the pan. Fry the onion to a light brown,then add cauliflower,green pepper and soy sauce. Now replaced the beef in the pan,add 1 teaspoonful wine.stir well with ingredients for about two minutes and serve.
