flour or constarch

water and milk

chicken broth

chicken meat, boiled and diced

Instructions
Saute garlic, onions and green pepper. Stir in the cornstarch mixture. Gradually blend in chicken broth, salt and curry powder. Cook until sauce thickens, stirring occassionally. Then add chicken. Continue cooking until ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Serve hot. makes 8 servings.
