  • 2 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. grlic, crushed
  • 1 -1/2 cups onion
  • 1 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup flour or constarch
  • 1 cup water and milk
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 cups chicken meat, boiled and diced

InstructionsInstructions  Saute garlic, onions and green pepper. Stir in the cornstarch mixture. Gradually blend in chicken broth, salt and curry powder. Cook until sauce thickens, stirring occassionally. Then add chicken. Continue cooking until ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Serve hot. makes 8 servings.
