  • 8 thick center-cut loin pork chops
  • 3/4 cup catsup
  • 1/2 vinegar
  • 3/4 water
  • 1 medium onion,chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2-1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. hot peppersauce
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

InstructionsInstructions  Rub pork chops generously with mayonnaise. MIx the rest of the ingredients in a deep bowl. Blend well. Add mayonaised pork chops. Let stan in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Transfer to saucepan and allow to simmer till cooked.
