  • 1/4 cup chicken fat
  • 2 onions minced, green pepper minced
  • 1-1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • slalt and pepper
  • 3 tbsps. flour
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 or 3 tbsps. curry powder
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 3 cups. hot cooked rice

InstructionsInstructions  Cook onion and green pepper in fat 2 or 3 minutes; blend in flour and curry powder.Add broth gradually;cook until thickened,stirring constantly.Add chicken and celery;season to taste with and pepper.Simmer 15 minutes.Add vinegar just before serving.Serve with fluffy 15 minutes.Add vinegar just before serving.Serve with fluffy boiled rice.A little diced green pepper, chopped peanuts and a spoonful of chutney on top of each make curry a special treat.
