Hamburger Chop Suey

sliced Baguio beans
1/4 kilo
ground beef
1 tbsp.
soy sauce Dash of pepper
1 tbsp.
cornstarch

cooked rice

beef boutillon cube

Instructions
Cook onion and Baguio beans in melted margarine for about two minutes. Add beef. Cook beef for another minute or until beef loses its red color. Remove from the heat. Stir in bean sprouts, bouillon cube, soy sauce, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup water. Cook, stirring, until bouillon cube dissolves. Combine cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water. Stir into beef mixture, stirring constantly until it boils and becomes thick and translucent. Serve over rice.
