  • 2 cups water
  • Sugar to taste

InstructionsInstructions  Place the pineapple in a pitcher or a wide-mouthed jar. Add the water and cover and leave for 24 hours in a warm place until it ferments. Strain the liquied,add sugar to taste and serve very cold.
