  • 1 bottle sweet pickles
  • 1 chicken
  • 4 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsps. patis

InstructionsInstructions  Boil the chicken until tender.Cut the meat onto small pieces.In enough amount of lard garlic, onion and tomatoes.Add the chicken and season it with patis and pepper to taste.Cook for 5 minutes when necessary and add lard.Add mixed pickles and stir the mixture constantly.Then add a teaspoon of butter before removing from fire.
