  • 1/2 kilo ground pork
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 eggs slighlty beraten
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 kilo ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 box macaroni, cooked
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

InstructionsInstructions  Cook celery onion in oil. Add the ground meat and pork. Cooked until lightly browned Drain; stir in bread-crumbs, tomato sauce, seasonings and eggs. Add the macaroni and stir well. Remove from fire. Sauce:2 oz. shredded Kraft Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsps. cornstarch1/4 lb. fresh butter3 egg yolksMix all the ingredients and cook in a double boiler by stirring until a thick sauce is formed. Set aside. Remove from fire. Cover macaroni with sauce. 10 serving
