Instructions
Melt 4 tablespoons butter in the double boiler,add flour, stir and add full-cream powdered milk gradually. Cook until moderately thick, stirring with the spoon. Butter a baking dish. Combine the white sauce and ham. Put a layer in the bottom of the baking dish and on this place a layer of the eggs slice. Continue in this way until both eggs and mixture have been used. finish with the crumbs mixed with the melted butter and brown in the moderate oven (350 F).
