  • 1 tall can salmon
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 pimentos (sliced in strips)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups pickles,chopped
  • 2 cups onions
  • 2 calamansi juice
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

InstructionsInstructions  Drain the salmon. Remove the bones and mash. Cut the hard boiled eggs into cubes. Combine all ingredients together except the celery. Place in the refrigerator until cold.Get a loaf of bread and divide each slice into triangles.Spread the salmon filling and garnish with chopped celery before putting a slice of bread over the filling.Serve cold.
