Fish in Vinegar Sauce

trout or sea bass

vinegar
2 tbsps.
soy sauce
2 tbsps
sugar
2 tbsps.
oil

wine

Instructions
Boil the water and 2 slices of ginger in a frying pan. Sprinkle and rub salt and pepper on the fish and into the inside of the fish. When water is boiling, slide the fish, head first into it. Bring the water to a boil again. When water boils a second time, take out the fish gently and place on a warm serving platter.Heat the oil or shortening in a clean frying pan. When oil is very hot, place onion and remaining ginger into pan and fry until the onion is brown. Then add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and wine. BRing sauce to a boil. Pour this hot sauce on the fish and serve immediately.
