Shrimp Toast
Ingredients

shrimp. shelled and minced
1 tsp.
minced ginger or ginger juice
1 tsp.
wine
1 tsp.
salt
1 pc.
egg white, unbeaten
1 tsp.
constarch

Dash monosodium glutamate slices bread, cut to sandwich thickness
2 tsps.
chopped ham
2 tsps.
chopped parsley oil for deep-frying

Instructions
1. Mix all a ingredients thoroughly. 2, Trim crusts off bread and cut each slice into four equal circles. 3.Shape small mound of A mixture on each round of bread. 4. Sprinkle chopped ham and parsley over mounds of shrimp mixture. Press down lightly to make garnish adhere. 5. Heat Oil and deep-fry bread rounds, first with shrimp mixture side down, then with bread side down. Fry until bread turns golden brown. Remove from oil and serve hot. Note: Shrimp toast makes an excellent hors d'oeuvre for a cocktail party.
