Shrimp ToastShrimp Toast   

IngredientsIngredients  
  • 1 lb shrimp. shelled and minced
  • 1 tsp. minced ginger or ginger juice
  • 1 tsp. wine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pc. egg white, unbeaten
  • 1 tsp. constarch
  • 8 Dash monosodium glutamate slices bread, cut to sandwich thickness
  • 2 tsps. chopped ham
  • 2 tsps. chopped parsley oil for deep-frying

InstructionsInstructions  1. Mix all a ingredients thoroughly. 2, Trim crusts off bread and cut each slice into four equal circles. 3.Shape small mound of A mixture on each round of bread. 4. Sprinkle chopped ham and parsley over mounds of shrimp mixture. Press down lightly to make garnish adhere. 5. Heat Oil and deep-fry bread rounds, first with shrimp mixture side down, then with bread side down. Fry until bread turns golden brown. Remove from oil and serve hot. Note: Shrimp toast makes an excellent hors d'oeuvre for a cocktail party.
