Eggplant with Pork
Ingredients

1/4 lb.
pork sliced (lean )

soy sauce

cornstarch
3 tbsps.
water

monosodium glutamate Dash of pepper

Instructions
Cut eggplant into pieces about 1/2" X 1" and 1/4" thick. Mix pork slices with win. Heat 4 tbsps. oil in frying pan. Saute the pork when oil is very hot. Add eggplant, salt and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook medium fire for 10 minutes until eggplant is soft.Dissolve 2 teaspoons constarch in 3 tbsps: water and add to soy sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate and 2 tablespoons oil. Pour sauce into center of frying pan, stir quickly and cook until it thickens. Then mix the sauce with the pork and eggplants and stir gently and evenly for a minute or so to mix thoroughly. Remove from pan and serve hot.
