  • 12 large prawns
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shopped pickles
  • 2 tsps. refined sugar
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped olives
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped onions
  • salt to taste

InstructionsInstructions  With a sharp kitchen knife cut prawns from the anterior of the body to the tail. Brush with melted butter. Broil until meat and shell are pink. Serve with tartar sauce.
