  • 1/2 kilo big shrimps
  • 1 egg,well beaten
  • 2 tbsos. flour
  • salt and pepper

InstructionsInstructions  Blanch the shrimps and remove heads and shells, leaving the tails intact. Mix egg, flour and seasoning and dip the shrimps into this mixture. Fry in deep hot fat till shrimp is light brown. Serve with sweet sour sauce.
