  • 4 crabs big
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tsps. cornstarch
  • 3 eggyolks
  • 1 refined sugar
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1/4 chopped mushrooms
  • salt & pepper to taste

InstructionsInstructions  Boil crabs in water with some salt. When cooked, remove meat from the shell and set aside.Mix all the remaining ingredients and cook in a double boiler, stirring constantly. Cook until mixture is smooth in consistency. Add flaked crabmeat, then remove from fire. Fill up the crab shells with this mixture. Decorate with parsley and lay on bed of lettuce.
