Fish with Sweet Sour Sauce

starch
1 tbsp.
toyo

Instructions
Dredge a regular sized apahap or tilapia with flour on both sides and fry. Place in a platter and pour the following sauce: Saute garlic, ginger, onion and pepper all cut into strips in a little lard. When cooked add:1/2 cup vinegar 1 tbsp. starch 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp toyo Mix all together and cook over a low flame until slightly thick.
