Fish Fillet with Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
1 lb.
fish fillets
A little seasoned flour
Salt and pepper
Lemon wedges
1-1/2 oz.
butter
1 tbsp.
chopped parsley
Sprigs of parsley
1/4 cup
mayonnaise
1/4 cup
sandwich spread

Instructions
Skin fish if necessary and roll in the seasoned flour. Melt butter in a frying pan and when foaming add the fish fillets; fry on both sides until just cooked. Place fish on a heated serving plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Garnish with lemon wedges and sprigs of parsley. Tartar Sauce:Mix together the mayonnaise and sandwich spread and spoon into a sauceboat. Serve with the fish fillets and a selection of hot cooked vegetables.
