  • 1/2 kilo medium sized shrimps, cooked ans shelled
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 4 cups. shedded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 large large ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Parsley

InstructionsInstructions  Slice shrimps into halves. Marinate in a mixture of vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, and mayonnaise. Toss cabbage, carrot, and tomatoes in remaining marinade. Chill and drain.Arrange shrimps in a platter or bowl with the dressed vegetables and garnish with parsley sprigs. Serve and toss with more mayonnaise. Six to eight serving
