  • 1-1/2 cups cooked bamboo
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup whole fresh shrimp,blanched & trimmed
  • 3 cups rice wasshing
  • 3 cups saluyot leaves
  • 3/4 cup pure coconut milk

InstructionsInstructions  Boil rice washing, season with salt and bamboo shoot and shrimp. Cook 10 minutes. Add saluyot and cook 4 minutes. Add coconut milk stirring constantly to avoid curding. Cook one minute longer. Serve hot. 6 serving
