  • 1 tbsp. refined sugar
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced Salt to taste

InstructionsInstructions  Clean and salt the Lapu-lapu. Fry in oil until cooked. Prepare the sauce. To 1 cup mayonnaise add 1 tbsp. sugar, pepper and celery. Season with salt. Blend thoroughly at the time of serving, place the fish on a tray and pour sliced oranges and red tomatoes.
