Roxas all set to take over LP, has party nod for 2010 |
MANILA, Philippines -- Sen. Manuel "Mar" Roxas II is expected to be elected party president when the Liberal Party elects its new officers on Monday at the Club Filipino, according to former Senate President Franklin Drilon, the party?s outgoing president.
