FAO in deal to help Bicol farmers |
The Department of Agriculture has signed an agreement with the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization on a yearlong project aimed at restoring the livelihood of some 6,000 typhoon-hit marginal farmers in the southeastern region of Bicol.
