ECCP bats for creation of ICT dept |
MANILA, Philippines -- The European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP) Thursday called for creation of a Department of Information and Communication Technology, saying there was a need for an agency with real powers to drive a sustained growth for the sector.
